We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Dazzled Jewlz is very confident with our fine jewelry and we will strive to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Return period
Customers have the ability to return their purchases up to 30 days from the day of purchase for all products. You may ask for a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason.
Items that are defective, damaged in shipping, missing or incorrect
If you return an item that is defective, or was damaged in shipping, you will be assessed a product fee. You may then choose to purchase another item.
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories a product fee may be charged.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 10% is applicable to all jewelry.
Non-returnable items
Specially crafted merchandise – If Dazzled Jewlz handcrafts a special order, we are unable to accept a return. Due to the nature of the business, some crafting material may be specifically ordered to tailor the design you desire.
Gift certificates.
Shipping costs.
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused.
Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):
Contact customer service by email (info@dazzledjewlz.com) or phone (978-360-641) and offer the relevant information of the order: (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, ID number of the jewelry received.
Dazzled Jewlz will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), which you should write on the outside of the box returned. If there is no RMA number on the outside of the box, no refund will be given.
Please, describe the complete reason for return in the email or phone call.
Costumers need to return the original packing materials, sales receipt documents, and all included merchandise in the returned box.
